News reaching us is that Urban TV management has taken over the Comedy Files Uganda show in a bid to stiffen competition with their Serena based rivals NTV Uganda.
The Vision Group owned TV station which spread its signal in Northern Uganda last month is not about to stop giving NTV Uganda employees sleepless nights even after they took some of their employees including Justine Nameere and Faith Aruho.
“We are determined to take over,” said a source at Vision group.
Comedy Files has some interesting comedians like Ssebakigye Emmanuel, Pablo, Daniel Omara and Cotilda among others with shows at Theatre La Bonita every week. Their shows are supported by GOtv, Urban TV, Media Parade, Diamond SMS, 91.3 Capital fm & 96.3 Beat fm.
You can now expect to watch comedy episodes from Comedy files every week on Urban TV and not NTV Uganda.
