Comedian Patrick Idringi Salvado is in a somber mood following the death of his campus best friend, a one Lugayiza Christopher. Lugayiza is said to have succumbed to diabetes.
Salvado shared the sad news in a Facebook post saying:
“Sometimes the work we do makes us unknowingly forget to say hi to the people close to us, my heart is bleeding right now after receiving news about my Campus best friend, after campus, time and responsibilities somehow kept us apart, communication somehow reduced, it’s been haunting me but as time goes on you say to yourself, ah I guess he is okay, now I’m wishing I had done more to keep in touch, but sometimes we take things for granted, I’ve just heard that he has passed on after getting a diabetic attack, I remember him calling me a couple of weeks ago saying he wanted to take me out and we catch up, how I wish I followed up on that, now I’m here, Miles away, can’t even attend his Vigil or be there to see him off and my heart is heavy. My good people let’s get time out of our busy schedule to check on the people will love Coz you never know what will happen… My condolences to the family RIP my friend Lugayiza Christopher…”
