Billionaire Sudhir Ruparelia threw a lavish wedding for his daughter that saw him cough 5 billion shillings to make it memorable. The wedding that was held in the UK last weekend saw many of the Sudhir’s family and friends invited to stay in a London hotel for 3 days with everything catered for.

One of the people invited was comedian Salvado, but sadly for him, he couldn’t make it to the wedding thanks to Uganda British Council Uganda. The comedian ranted online letting the commission know that they are responsible for his miss.

He said; “Dear UK in Uganda British Council Uganda and to whom it may concern, thank you for holding my passport since the 18th of July, thank you for making me miss my friend Sheena Ruparelia’s wedding, thank you for the stress I’ve gone through going back and forth your visa application center, thank you for the money I’ve lost on 2 occasions I couldn’t travel because you had my passport, thank you for the stress I’ve had to go through and money I’ve spent to process a new passport making the old passport now become invalid, thank you for the VISAs of other considerate countries that I’ve Lost, thank you for making Ugandan lives seem unimportant that we have to have our VISAs processed from South Africa yet you get your VISAs on arrival, thank you for all of these, please continue frustrating Ugandans till you decide it’s enough. As for me, I’m glad I have a new passport. Thank God I won’t be able to miss my Friday Gig.”

We will keep you posted.
