Comedian Amooti Omubalanguzi is one Ugandan who has become very happy after seeing Makerere’s Dr. Stella Nyanzi naked. The funny man made a case for Stella to undress again when he opined that her undressing showed the suffering that many Ugandans are going through and it put a smile on most of their faces since they now know that they can fight back using nudity.
According to Amooti, Stella should strip to her knickers again to help relieve Ugandans of the sad life that most of them are living.
“Everywhere you go in Uganda you will be sure to come face to face with miserable people. Misery is written on faces of majority of Ugandans. People are miserable because they do not have money to pay school fees for their children. They can’t even pay the necessary bills. What Dr Nyanzi did therefore helped to relieve Ugandans of such misery,” he said recently.
He even went ahead to attack those who were against the nudity. “Nyanzi flaunted her own body. What business do the so-called moralists have casting her for doing that? In any case, it is her who suffered embarrassment, if any, not any one of moralists polluting the air with criticism of what she did. We the miserable people are waiting anxiously for Dr Nyanzi to rip off her knickers and parade her yoyo. We shall be grateful indeed if she were to do so,” he added.
