The Kampala road hangout out, Club Rouge which has been on sale for almost half a year has finally been sold off at a whopping Ugx 300M.
The former owner Ronald Muramuzi failed to pay rent for over 4 months that accrued to over 26 M ugx and he was asked by the owner of the building tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia to vacate the building forcing Ronald to put the club on sale.
Finally the deal was closed last week on Wednesday. Dumba, the new owner of Club Rouge agreed to pay Ugx 300M including rent arrears.
This is one of the Kampala hangouts that has changed hands more than thrice in just a couple of years.
