Spear Abowe has sold his Jinja Road based Club Rouge months after former Marketing manager Gareth and his wife Nikita moved to club Venom.
Ronald a city business man bought the club at close to 300 million Uganda shillings yesterday evening. Abowe had wanted more money but was forced to accept the amount after realising that he was about to lose the offer.
Club Venom where Gareth Onyango and Nickita Bachu were hired after throwing in the towel at Club rouge was also sold by its Indian owners who remained with only a 20 percent stake in the Kabalagala based club.
