Jinja Road based Club Rouge is set to re-open next month, it has emerged. The club has been under renovation to give it a face-lift ever since Spear Abowe sold it off to a loaded city businessman.
For the past few weeks, it has been closed while new management made the desired adjustments to turn the club into a high end VIP club.
We have learnt that Rouge is set to re-open to the public on May 2 and then a mega grand re-opening will be on Saturday May 10th, 2014. Insiders further reveal that
the new management wants to bring back the club’s glory days by making it one of the top corporate hangouts in Kampala.
