City tycoon Kasiwukira was reportedly knocked down by a vehicle on the morning of 17th October as he set out for his routine morning jog leaving the public in shock.
Police has since been investigating the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death and emerging reports reveal that the purported motor accident was actually a well crafted and executed murder plot by some members of Kasiwukira’s household.
It’s alleged that a one Sandra, an in-law to the late Kasiwukira was one of the masterminds of the murder plot.
Reports further claim that Sandra was in the car that run over Kasiwukira on the fateful morning. The car is said to have been occupied by two other guys identified as Opio and Awinyo with one of these being the driver. It’s said that after the heinous act, Opio fled to Lira from where he was apprehended by police detectives yesterday.
Sandra’s husband Ashraf Jaden, a police officer in Muyenga, has also been arrested. Ashraf, however, denies having any knowledge of the murder account.
Police is said to now have 4 perpetrators of the murder in their custody as investigations carry on.
