Selena has been the reigning queen of instagram with the most followers for a while now, after she overtook Ariana Grande to take the coveted title.
Ronaldo now leads the way on the social media platform with 145 million followers, with Selena Gomez coming in closely at 144.3 million.
Ariana Grande currently has 132 million followers.
