Former SC Villa manager Chris Mubiru is today appealing against his 10 year jail sentence that was handed to him back in September after being convicted of sodomy.
Mubiru was earlier on found guilty of sodomising a 17-year-old boy in 2009. He was charged under Section 145(a) of the Penal Code Act which prohibits same-sex sexual acts.
He was sentenced to ten years in prison and further asked to compensate the victim with Ugx 50million.
