Renowned Ugandan singer Chris Evans has spoken out about the rumors involving his alleged romantic interest in Princess Amiirah.
The speculation began after the princess claimed that Evans was pursuing her romantically.
“When Amiirah came out and claimed that I was hitting on her, I just kept quiet because, deep inside me, I knew she was lying,” Evans clarified.
Instead of confronting the allegations, Evans decided to take a creative approach.
“I actually used that as an opportunity to record a song out of it,” he added, revealing how the rumors became inspiration for his music.
Despite the public speculation, Evans has chosen to stay focused on his career, transforming the situation into a positive experience rather than engaging in a public dispute.
