Singer Chris Brown is reportedly being investigated over an alleged assault at a hotel in Las Vegas. According to 8 News Now, police say the rapper was involved in an incident at the Palms Hotel at around 10.20am on Saturday morning.
The site reports there are currently no reports of injuries. On Friday night the 26-year-old entertained packed crowds at Drai’s nightclub in Las Vegas. According to gossip site TMZ, he then hosted a private party at a suite in the hotel. We have contacted the Las Vegas Police Department for further information.
A spokesperson for Brown said the allegations against him were “completely false and not based in reality”. In 2009 the star pleaded guilty to one count of assault against then-girlfriend Rihanna . He was sentenced to five years probation, which ended in March last year.
