After the failed Bell sponsored Mavado Concert last year, the promoter of the show, Chin Cece has finally decided to go to court and settle the matter. The Uk Based promoter has filed a case in one of the commercial courts in London accusing the gangster look-like singer of breach of contract and now wants him to pay back the money he had received and also pay damages.

When Contacted, the Nigerian born promoter told this website that its absurd that the concert didn’t take place and he wants the destiny star to pay back what rightly belongs to him.

For starters the concert was slated for last year December 28th and was also to feature Chris Martins but the singer didn’t turn up forcing organizers to postpone the concert and up to now no official message has ever been given.
