The C.E.O of Leone Island Dr. Jose Chameleone was on 16th September 2014 supposed to premiere his long waited video for his hit song Wale Wale and even invited his fans and friends to come and be part of the premiere at Club Silk.
However Chameleone later refused to perform for his fans when he was called on stage and instead requested the crowd to tune to Channel O in case anyone wanted to catch Wale Wale video. This provoked the angry fans into breaking bottles.
Jose Chameleone has now come out to clear the air about the saga. He stated that there are some people that are addicted to face book that instead want to use that as an excuse to hit at him by dispatching false accusations against him.
He went on to say that he was invited by his management to grace the premiere of his video in Club Silk something that he did in honor of his fans and friends however he felt he had no more business at the Club after fulfilling what had brought him there and therefore left. He continues to say that he was never assigned by anybody to perform.
He posted on social media:
I got to put this right. A lot of idle facebookists and ignorant people are taking advantage with false allegations spreading like wild fire!!!!
My management chose to premiere “WALE WALE”Video in Club silk, I agreed and attended in honor and respect of my fans and friends, I left the Club after what I had to do there was done. I wasn’t assigned ANY performance duties so I wasn’t obliged to that!!! I only left because I chose to NOT any other reasons as anyone claims. More so Uganda is for all of us anybody and everybody is entitled to airplay. So Please STOP raising Dust were there is no need.
If you can’t do without it, enjoy your Folly after all it’s your independent right.
