In another dramatic episode from the Mayanja family, the eldest kid speaks out on how she has been ignored and rejected. Its at this point that we learnt that Chameleone’s father Gerard Mayanja dropped his first wife before he married Prossy Mayanja Chameleone’s mother.
45 year old Juliet Nalwanga is the first kid in the Mayanja family and says has raised all her siblings to the last born AK 47. Her sad story is that her father does not treat her as his child and disowned her years back.
According to Juliet, her father is taken by wealth and loves materialistic things and thats why he loves his other children more than her.
“He considers me poor and uneducated because i got married to a man he considers poor,” Juliet spoke out on the split. “He was once asked on radio who his first kid was and to my surprise i wasn’t mentioned, i called him after and he apologised and said there is no way he could mention a poor woman as his kid,” she continued.
Juliet says it all started with Chameleone’s mother who showed her hatred for her in all forms raging from facial expressions to verbal attacks.
“On Chameleone’s wedding the mother asked Chameleone to block my attendance but he did not because i am the eldest and i had to give Daniella a flower like the Baganda culture dictates” she lamented.
In her final statements Nalwanga Juliet asked his father to make a public apology to her as he did while he was disowning her. “I have my home all i need is to be at peace not stay with them” Juliet said.
