ED KCCA Jenifer Musisi set a time limit for all outdoor concerts within the city. This regulation, aimed at reducing noise pollution in the city, warned all artistes to wind up their concert by mid night. And now Musisi must salute East Africa’s finest talent Chameleone for fully respecting this.
The Music doctor has set a record for all other ugandan artistes. The Wale Wale double trouble concert which pulled a mammoth crowd from all walks of life saw senior Leone islander step on stage minutes before 9 o’clock. This has not happened before in the history of concerts in Uganda. Chameleone marked out time and respected the iron lady by ending his show at exactly 11:20pm. More than half an hour before the Regulation time.
