Following the resurrection of the murder case where Jose Chameleone is accused of murdering a one Karamagi, the singer could spend the rest of his days in jail.

The murder which allegedly took place at Chameleone’s home back in December 2012 was swept down the carpet by Police at Katwe Police. Maj. Kyamanywa then went to Katwe and resurrected the case on Wednesday upon his return from Somalia.

“When the boy was dying in Mulago he told me he was tied to a pole with a rope and burnt down with aviation fuel in Chameleone’s home,” said the Major. “I was going to Somalia so I left everything in the hands of Police. I was shocked upon my return to learn that the case was closed and no one was prosecuted for the death of my boy,” said the major as he took the case to the DPP for further investigations.

The Major wants an inquiry into the circumstances leading to the closure of the file and the person who killed his boy.

It is alleged that 27-year-old Karamaji was tied to a pole and burnt at Chameleone’s home as a ritual sacrifice like it was done in the Old Testament. The singer has since abandoned the home.

If this matter goes any further, the singer could end up in jail for the rest of his life.

We are following up on the story and we will keep you posted.
