Leone Island boss and Uganda’s arguably finest artiste, Dr. Jose Chameleone has blasted the forthcoming Zzina awards, calling them time wasters who are neither transparent nor credible.
Chameleone shocked friends when asked if he would attend Zzina awards and he seemed not to have an idea what that was. The self proclaimed music doctor kept wondering if it was a music galla or an event until he was told he was nominated too.
The Valu Valu singer clearly put it that those were time wasters and he would not be part of them. He further stressed that the only awards he knew he was nominated for were Kora awards and asked his fans to keep voting for him.
Chameleone has on several occasions blasted several awarding bodies like HiPipo saying they are not credible.
