The Kampala nightlife is a cutthroat business; you either get creative or go home. The new proprietors of Space Lounge seem to understand this.
We have learnt that Space Lounge management, who acquired the establishment a few months ago, are planning to introduce a new interesting theme night in which local celebrities will take over the bar and serve drinks to patrons.
According to the nightspot proprietors, the celebrities to be hosted will cut across the different spheres of society including music, politics, and business.
“The new theme night is targeting celebrity couples around town ranging from politicians to businessmen to musicians to socialites, name it.” Space Lounge boss Herbert Shonga noted. “Our patrons will get a chance to be served by their favorite celebrities.”
“We will also have free goodies for the revelers,” he added.
Dubbed “Celebrity Bar Storm,” the theme night will be officially launched on July 5 and will be held every Wednesday.
