CBS radio recently demanded singer Aganaga Kalifah to edit his song or it would not be played on the station. The station asked Aganaga to remove “indecent” content from the song and the singer immediately rushed to studio and edited the song so as to get some airplay.
The song in question is his latest release Zanoa where in one of the verses says “Ebilungo bya Desire” which the station thinks the singer attacks Desire or at least insinuates violence against her.
Our sources have confirmed Kalifah has edited and produced a more decent version of the song which is now playing on CBS as well.
“It is true the station asked us to edit the song and we did, we are all good and are in line with all demands of the station. Zanoa now plays on CBS,” Emma Carlos, Kalifah’s manager told us.
