Cancer patient Carol Atuhirwe has penned a heartwarming message to thank everyone who has contributed towards raising money for her surgery in the United States through the various campaigns held including the just concluded Save Carol Car Wash where over Ugx50 million was collected.
She said, “Hey sweet people, I have taken hours trying to fit the right words to express my feelings but I failed. You have made me feel like the most important person on earth today, I swear I had never seen this. The word thank you is so ordinary but I will never stop saying it to you people as I wish for a better way to thank you. So far about shs 200m of the 270m needed in the USA has been collected.”
