Cameroon’s Cosmos De Bafia jetted into the country today morning at the Entebbe international Airport aboard Kenya Airways flight KQ 416 ahead of their clash with the Uganda Premier League (UPL) defending champions Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).
The two sides are set for a Saturday clash in the CAF champions’ league at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole with the return league to be played in a fortnight in Yaoundé, Cameroon. The 24-man contingent was welcomed into the pearl of Africa by KCCA officials who included club secretary David Tamale and Peter Kibazo.
Thomas Libiih, the head coach of Cosmos De Bafia has already expressed his concerns as per the game of on Saturday as he claimed to know so little about the Kasasiro boys.
“We virtually know nothing about KCC, even when we tried to search the internet, we could find little information about the club. We need something (good) to build on when we return to Yaoundé for the return leg,” Thomas said upon the team’s arrival at the Entebbe Airport.
The visitors are now residents of Sky hotel in Ntinda and will have an afternoon training session at the Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.
