Callisto Hair salon is now officially open.
The beauty parlor, located at at Shumuk House, opened its doors to the public with a grand ceremony on Friday.
The ceremony was marked with pomp as the invited guests were treated to a cocktail evening, living up to the tag line as a “VIP salon”.
During the opening ceremony, guests also had a chance to interact with the hair stylists at the establishment.
According to Jacqueline M. Kalemba, the salon proprietor, they aim to offer the best bridal and groom services in town.
“Callisto Hair is part of the Callisto Group, a fully-fledged event management company. We have partnerships with quality service providers to give an entire event management plan for a wedding, from concepts to planning to management.” Jacqueline explained.
Like their name which refers to the moon, they want to bring a different light in the beauty industry particularly in exquisite ambience.
Besides the bridal services, Callisto also offers several other services including haircuts, massage, manicure, pedicure, weaving and braiding among others.
“We want to be the starting point for anyone seeking to get married and also be the last. When you come to Callisto Hair, you leave with everything.” She concluded.
