Known to be a quiet and reserved man, Buzz Teeniez awards organiser Julius Kyazze never gets involved in hot arguments. But this time round he could not let self-proclaimed Motivational speaker Frank Gashumba rubbish his awards just because his daughter Sheila didn’t win.
Julius posted a response to Frank’s claim that the BTA awards held last weekend at Kati Kati were filled with irregularities that saw unworthy people carrying awards. Frank added that he is preparing his daughter for the international scene and not Uganda and its cheap awards.
According to CEO Julius, the digital votes constitute 30% of the final vote while 70% is taken care of by the ballots. “The teens voted and the winners were awarded, BTA’s were made for the teens and not old men.” he concluded.
Whether Frank will respond to this or not is a matter of time. We will keep you posted.
