The annual end of year party Buzz Leavers Rock was on at Kyadondo Rugby Club last Saturday. The event that had over 5000 teens in attendance is the biggest teen’s party on the youth social calendar and it truly never disappointed. They enjoyed a vampire and costume inspired event where there was lots of beef and chicken. The teens came dressed in the craziest and funkiest costumes.

“The #SamsungTwitterParty is back! Get ready to party the night away come 19th December at Zone 7 with fellow tweeps. Entrance is 15,000shs. Call 0775439894 for details. Great music and drinks.”

Despite the bad weather, the party was at its peak at around 3pm and the crowd was having the best of the fun. Peter Miles took to the stage first and had the entire venue in a frenzy. He took them through his musical journey from back then to his 2013 hits. Other show stopping performers included Vampino, Navio, Irene Ntale, Reef HD, Santana, Fille and Toniks.

The event also had DJ battles and mixes from the best DJs in town. DJ Roja and DJ Mark did not disappoint. Every teen who attended received a 500ml ppt bottle of Mountain Dew.

The VIP tent was probably the best part of the event. A steady flow of drinks and chicken was at everyone’s disposal. Celebrities such as Sheilah Carol Gashumba and the Miss Teen 2013 winners were in attendance. The event was powered by Mountain Dew and Vision Group.
