Nigerian superstar Burna Boy is set to thrill his Kenyan fans with a performance on March 1, 2025, at Uhuru Gardens in Nairobi.

The concert, part of the MadFunXperience, promises an electrifying show featuring the Grammy-winning artist and his full band, The Outsiders, which boasts over 40 members.

Originally scheduled for December 30, 2024, at the Nairobi Polo Club, the event was moved to March to accommodate logistics and ensure an unforgettable experience.

Burna Boy insists on traveling with his own stage gear to maintain quality consistency across all his shows.

His exclusivity extends beyond the stage. He only flies via private jet, a strict non-negotiable term in his contract. Additionally, his accommodation must meet the highest standards—five-star hotels only. His suite must be stocked with:

  • Several bottles of still and carbonated spring water
  • An assortment of fresh fruits
  • A reserved smoking executive suite
  • A green room with an exclusive smoking chamber for him and his team to relax

Burna Boy’s appearance does not come cheap. He charged 128 million Kenyan Shillings (UGX 3,638,617,600) for this show, making it one of the most expensive concerts in the region.
