Former FireBase singer Buchaman appears to still harbor bad blood for fellow musician Bobi Wine.
This comes after he shunned Bobi Wine and supported FDC flag bearer Apollo Kantinti in the Kyadondo East MP race. The “Lwaki Temumatiira” singer joined Kantinti on his first rally held at Wampewo grounds over the weekend.
Butchaman, who was once Bobi Wine’s right-hand man, had a bitter split with the “Time Bomb” singer a few years ago accusing him of manipulation and crippling his music career.
Meanwhile, Bobi Wine is enjoying the support of top musicians who include GeoSteady, King Saha, Kalifah Aganaga, Spice Diana and Victor Kamenyo among others who have already joined the “Bikwase Kyagulanyi” hitmaker on his campaign trail.
Bobi, who is standing on an independent ticket, is contesting for the Kyadondo East parliamentary seat which fell vacant following the nullification of FDC’s Apollo Kantinti election through court over noncompliance with electoral laws on the side of Electoral Commission.
The Kyadondo East by-election will be held on June 29.
