The Bryan White Foundation will cease to operate, this website has learned. This after the association’s trading license was recently revoked.
According to the National Bureau for Non Governmental Organizations (NGO), the license was cancelled because the organization has no structures and has continued to operate outside the NGO Act 2016.
While addressing the press at the Uganda Media Center, Patrick Onen Ezaga the Spokesperson of National Bureau of NGOs said that whereas the organization had a valid operational permit, it didn’t validate and has neither upadated it’s status regarding its operation.
“The Brian white Foundation has no structures like the annual general meeting, and board of directors . Kirumira’s position as the executive director is null and void hence an absolute nullity,” Fred Onen Ezaga said.
The Brian White Foundation, owned by Kirumira Brian aka Bryan White was founded in 2015.
