With only four days left on the January transfer count down, self-made striker and 2009 CECAFA golden boot winner Brian Umony has finally completed his move from Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club to St. George of Ethiopia. The 26-year-old is also a joint Uganda Premier League Golden boot winner in 2007/08.
Umony’s move to St. George marks the 9th club he will be playing at in 12 years of his career. During his stints with Azam in Tanzania, he helped the team to win the league title in 2013 before returning home to join KCCA.
