While appearing on NBS Television, Tamale Mirundi revealed that one of his marriages was on the rocks over party differences.
Mirundi said, “don’t wait for Bukedde or Red Pepper to break the news to you, there is an ongoing rift between one of my wives and I.”
Mirundi then revealed that the cause of this rift arises from the fact that one of his wives is going into elective politics on an opposition party card. “How can my wife contest on a Go-Forward ticket?” he asked.
He thus warned that should his wife go ahead with her decision, that will mark their separation.
According to our sources, the wife in particular is Tamale Mirundi’s first who lives somewhere in Zzana. The two were together in Democratic Party as youth wingers. However, Mirundi’s wife will be contesting as an independent but being backed by Go-Forward.
Mirundi clarified that this was his last warning to the wife and that she ought to rethink her decision.
