It is a sad day in Buganda Kingdom following the heartbreaking news announcing the death of Prince Alexander Ssimbwa who has just passed on.
Prince Alexander Ssimbwa who has been under intensive care at Nakasero Hospital has succumbed to an undisclosed disease and old age syndrome. He was recently visited by Buganda officials who were directly ordered by Kabaka Ronald Mwenda Mutebi; it seems to have been a farewell to the Buganda prince.
Prince David Alexander Ssimbwa, born 1933 has died at an age of 81 and was put forward as a rival Ssekabaka in 1999 by a group of dissident Royal Family members, he has retired from his duty a Buganda Kingdom noble today.
May the good Lord judge his soul with mercy. R.I.P Prince David Alexander Ssimbwa.
