News coming from Kuala Lampar, Malaysia, say that the lanky beauty from Mbarara has come 2nd at the highly-competitive Miss Tourism International.
She has come 2nd to Miss Philippines and has thus been awarded Miss Tourism Metropolitan International. In the same breathe, Sheila Kirabo has won Miss Joyful KLIA awarded by Malaysia Airports. Congratulations, girl. Happy New Year.
