Ghetto Gladiator, Bobi Wine, of the Fire Base Crew yesterday gave out Five Million Shillings cash to the Uganda Cranes as his humble contribution to the Mujje Tulumbe Gabon campaign.

According to the singer, he wants to see the boys make Uganda proud in Garbon as they play against other African sides for the continental football trophy.

“We last qualified for Africa Cup of Nations in 1978 when many of us were even not yet born. This is one of the rarest opportunities for us to come together as #Ugandans regardless of tribe, sex, age, religious or political affiliation. It’s our time to celebrate Uganda,” Bobi noted as he handed over the money.

“On this very note, I want to call upon all fellow countrymen to heed to this call and support our team with anything you can afford,” he added.

Uganda will play Afcon 2017 hosts Gabon in an international friendly on December 29th as both sides prepare for the continental tournament that kicks off on January 14th – February 5th. Keep browsing Uganda’s top entertainment website/blog for all your news
