Following accusations that Bobi Wine had mocked the ex-Prime Minister Hon. John Patrick Amama Mbabazi after he was sacked, the “Time Bomb” singer has come out to trash them.

After Hon. Amama Mbabazi was sacked from his position as the Prime Minister of Uganda, several individuals came out to comment on the matter. Among them was Bobi Wine who compared the situation to his Time Bomb hit and he says he had predicted it. But he has now come out to retract on his words claiming his statement was misinterpreted.

He set the record straight saying; “I did not blast the former Prime Minister as some online news are suggesting. I have so much respect for my leaders and I would never utter any statement to demean them whatsoever. However, as an artist/social commentator, I find myself dropping ah comment on social/political events and there and in this case was just relating some prophesies in my songs to current events. As for you news guys, STOP TWISTING MY WORDS to mean what you want I AM AN ENTERTAINER NOT A POLITICIAN.”
