Today morning we woke up to very good news of the Ghetto gladiator, Bobi Wine, who is already in Kasese to share the first bunch of the collections from African-Jamaican Concert dubbed Akalimu/Clean and out Charity concert which was recorded as the first Charity show staged by a Ugandan Artiste and it was a mega success.
The Ghetto President H.E Bobi Wine original names Robert Kyagulanyi decided to stand tall more than any other artiste and hosted a concert featuring legendary Jamaican Mr. G and several Uganda artistes, as a charity show for the Bududa people who were affected by landslides, then Kasese people who were humiliated by floods. With this strong noble cause several companies joined hands with the warm hearted singer and raised lots of items to help the victims. This was just a couple of weeks ago on November 8th.

Today Bobi Wine with some members of his Fire base crew have woke up on a journey to Kasese to supply the charity items according to Bobi’s post on his facebook timeline.
He posted: “ALREADY IN KASESE NOW, WILL SHORTLY BE VISITING KILEMBE HOSPITAL,KILEMBE SEC. SCHOOL NAMUHUGA AND BULEMBYA TO GIVE OUT 1000 kgs of sugar, 1000 kgs of maize floor and 1000 kgs of beans and some clothes to the people affected by floods…NB, these are just part of the collections from the Ghetto President Charity Concert,This is our first stop so BUDUDA and BUNDIBUJO, am soon coming to u. Big ups to ALARM GROUP for going with us all the way, God bless yo kind heart.”
After the Charity exercise, Bobi Wine is also expected to perform together with the crew members he went with. According to his post, “TONITE AT RWENZORI SQUARE KASESE, I WILL TREAT MY FANS TO A MEGA SHOW. See you there!”
