We can exclusively report that soon singer Bobi Wine may no longer hold his title of the Ghetto President as now the people are accusing him of conniving with the City ED in the power struggle going on at the city hall.
Some of his fans have come out and said that after he was given a deal to entertain revellers at the city carnival, the singer has since gone silent and no longer fights for them like he used to. They believe money he got from KCCA forced him to shut up.
The singer who recently successfully launched his “Akalimu” album is well known to have always fought for the under privileged in the city slums like giving them a chance to try out their talents like just the concluded Ghetto talent search where the winner got a mega recording deal.
Fans believe that the singer no longer gives time the ‘Tugambire ku Jennifer’ song that he did to show concern of what was going on in the city as people’s property was being destroyed and others like hawkers being stopped from working from the city centre.
