BlackBerry may not be in the most competitive of places right now when it comes to smartphones, but that hasn’t stopped the company from lifting the lid on a set of entirely new devices.
Announced during a streamed meeting about improving financial results, new devices coming in 2015 were also unveiled.
One, the Passport, features a screen that is 3.18 inches wide, which is larger even than the display on Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3.
The screen on the device is completely square and features a condensed full keyboard below it.
Alongside the Passport the touch-only Z3 was also confirmed, as was a smaller ‘Classic’ with keyboard.
The Passport uses a 1440 x 1440 resolution display, but no other specifications or details have been unveiled, other than that the device will be launched in September.
