Billy Ocean, the biggest black recording star Britain has ever produced, has arleady set foot on Ugandan soil ahead of his concert this evening at Kampala Serena Hotel. The celebrated singer travelled with a 12-man crew aboard British Airways and was received by the concert organising team at the airport. Billy Ocean is believed to have sold over 30 million albums. Songs like Caribbean Queen, Suddenly and When the Going Gets Tough, Tough Gets Going that rocked music lovers are still demanded for on most of his tours.
