Today’s Diary session was a prelude to tonight’s Presentation as Biggie asked some the Housemates why Africa should vote for them. With a few days to the end of their Chase, Africa needs to be sure of who they want to walk away with the USD 300 000 grand prize, come Sunday night.
Dillish told Biggie that she didn’t want to come across as desperate and was just hoping that Africa would vote for her regardless of her asking for their votes. It seems like the lovely Dillish would rather ask Africa to vote for her when she’s going about her way in the House and not formalize it in her Diary session.
Ghanaian tailor Elikem laughed when Biggie asked him how he felt about seeing his ex-Housemates’ pictures last night. He told him that it was nice seeing them especially because he had almost forgotten what they all look like. But he emphasized that being in the House was a lifetime experience on its own and was very grateful for it.
Cleo started of her session by telling Biggie that she was experiencing a lot of emotions about Sunday and that it’s nerve-wrecking having to face the outside world after spending so much time with her fellow Housemates. She apologized to anyone she might have offended by doing anything bad in the House. “I don’t know how to plead for votes so please vote,” the Ice Queen said. She said that whether she wins or not, she will be spreading the love in every Party Zone.
Melvin said his ‘sales pitch’ to Africa would be similar to the one he did for the ONE Campaign two weeks ago. “I prefer to go out there and speak freestyle and let it all come to me,” he had added. Melvin didn’t feel that preparing his speech would make him any more interesting to Africa so he chose to speak from the heart. He was the only Housemate who hadn’t prepared anything for Africa, hopefully this will see him through.
“I can’t wait for Sunday. I know my life will change for the positive,” the Nigerian model Beverly said in her session. She couldn’t wait to see her mother and ex-Housemates, especially her man Angelo. Biggie told her that Sunday will take care of itself and that she should be more focused on the Task at hand.
So please Africa vote, vote and vote some more for your winner. www.bigbrotherafrica.com
