BIG BROTHER AFRICA: BEBE COOL AND CHAMELEONE FIGHT FOR SUPREMACY IN THE HOUSE.

Published

on

Early this week, Ugandan Big Brother representative, Stella aka Ellah was added to the nominees who face possible eviction on Sunday. This meant that both Ugandan housemates, Esther and Ellah are on the chopping block and could be on the next flight to Uganda at the end of the week. As many Ugandans decided on who to save and keep in the house for another week, Gagamel boss, Bebe Cool, started an online campaign to save Ellah over her Ugandan counterpart Esther.

ellah

When asked why he had chosen Ellah over Esther, Bebe Cool said that the beauty queen is more into the game and has chances of winning the grand prize. However, according to a Gagamel insider, the ‘Love you every day’ singer chose to support Ellah over Esther because the latter is an ardent Chameleone fan. “You see, recently, Esther was quoted praising Chameleone in the house. She said all kinds of good things about the singer and didn’t say the same for Bebe Cool. He got angry and waited for a chance to kick her out and leave Ellah, who is more into Bebe Cool music in the house. This is why Bebe Cool called her an embarrassment to Uganda and a Karaoke dancer,” she said.

Esther who has been very entertaining for the last few days in the house, recently revealed that Chameleone is her number one Ugandan musician. She went on to shower him with praises as Rwanda’s Arthur and Kenya’s Sabina listened.

Esther

“Chameleone is my favourite musician in Uganda. I don’t think there is anyone like him, the guy can smoke and drink like hell and do all sorts of things, but he has never gone off key while on stage. He is always on point,” Esther praised the Wale Wale singer.

Arthur then showered him with praises too. “I interviewed Chameleoene twice on my radio show. I didn’t want the interviews to end. He has a great voice and he is a good man. At one point he would sing for me in studio while the music was playing and as soon as we got on air, he would do also sing for the listeners,” added Kigali born Radio presenter Arthur.

For this very reason, Bebe Cool was quick to ask all his fans to rally behind Ellah so that Esther can be evicted from the house come Sunday. Here is what Bebe Cool posted in support of Ellah recently: “We as Ugandans have ONE housemate in the big brother house and her name is ELLAH but she is up for eviction coz she does not have our country vote, so I call upon all my fans and friends to pliz vote for her by typing ELLAH and send to 8884 or go to www.bigbrotherafrica.com and follow the instruction. NOTE:(on line u can vote 100 times in one hour) the other Ugandan karaoke dancer is an embarrassment to our nation which totally requires EVICTION this weekend. Lets all vote for ELLAH to stay in the big brother house.”

Chameleone is yet to come out and support Esther publicly.

The battle is on, watch it all on DSTV channels 197 and 198.

We will keep you posted.

Jose Chameleone cleans up Twitter, follows only two Ugandan artistes, your guess is as good as ours.

By Reporter

After being unfollowed by the President or rather his administrator, Jose Chameleone has not taken Twitter lightly. The singer has done some cleaning up and has been left with only 108 accounts to follow and only two of those are Ugandan artistes.

It is not rocket science that Chameleone only decides to follow his two brothers Pallaso and Radio&Weasel, had it been any others maybe we would be wondering the criteria he used.

Chameleone is one of the most followed Ugandan artistes on Twitter and not following you may not go so well with you as an artiste.

Published

By Staff Writer

Over the week, a video of Salvado’s standup performance went viral. It was one of his most creative jokes to-date about different airlines and their themes.

On one of the jokes about Rwanda Air, genocide was mentioned as one of the topics air hostesses can’t miss.

Now Rwandans have picked that up and taken offence. They have given Salvado an ultimatum to apologize. But he is not about to allow.

On his Twitter profile, he says those offended are missing the humour. The Rwandans insist the 1994 Genocide against the tutsi is not something to joke about.
