The long wait is finally coming to an end! The star studded TV series, Beneath the lies, will finally premiere today on Urban TV at 10pm. Following the several exciting and nail-biting show trailers, fans are eagerly waiting. And it seems the creators of the movie are keen on making a striking first impression.
“There is one major event in the first episode which sets the basis for the entire show and sets the basis for the entire show and introduces pretty much all the characters,” said Nana, the show’s creator.
The cast for the movie seems just as excited about the premiere as the fans themselves who have continuously gushed about the movie on social media.
“I am so excited for you to join me on this next phase in my career. Lots of surprises,” Flavia Tumusiime aka Kamali could not help gush about the series.
‘Beneath the Lies’ revolves around two beautiful girls, Kamali (Flavia) and Kaitesi (Sinayobye) who are sold into sex slavery at a young age. Their quest to discover their true identity and purpose in life is entangled in a web of controversies including lust, betrayal, corruption and drug use among others.
Meanwhile, fans can mingle with the stars at Sky Lounge this evening for the movie premiere after party.
