Before she became a household name in comedy, Anne Kansiime was already shining brightly at Bweranyangi Girls Secondary School in Bushenyi.

She was also the school’s goalkeeper, proving her strength and teamwork on the football field. Her presence was impossible to ignore.

In a memorable school play, Kansiime played a lead role so well that her classmates gave her the nickname “Tomato.”
