Ugandan dance-hall artist Beenie Gunter popularly known for his jam, ”Pon Mi” has received massive praise from Nigerian artiste, Mr. Skales, who has applauded him on his spirit and talent.
The musician entertained teenagers at the recently concluded Fly Fest event where he got to rub shoulders with Korede Bello, another artist from Nigeria that was the headlining act at the event.
Mr.Skales who recently released a new album titled,”Love’ shared a photo of Beenie Gunter at the Fly Fest and captioned it; “MET THIS KID @beeniegunter IN UGANDA..didn’t know who he was but I loved his spirit and his talent and decided to do a couple of tracks with him..now our voices are heard in the ends of the world .mad proud.” to which Beenie replied saying, “Real recognises real. Am humbled big bro. God bless you.”
Mr.Skales worked with Beenie Gunter on a song that is currently a club banger, “Olina Work .“
