The artiste who expressed his dissatisfaction with the electoral commission said that he will also defy the COVID-19 guidelines and hold campaigns.
Speaking to journalists today, Bebe Cool said that he is ready for any confrontations.
“I have watched how the electoral commission has remained silent even after Bobi Wine has adamantly continued to violate the COVID-19 guidelines. I promise I will also start campaigning for Museveni and I am ready to run battles with the police.” He said
Bebe Cool said that for long, the opposition has mastered the role of propaganda and as artistes, they come to bridge that gap with right information of what the NRM government is doing and has achieved over the years. He also said that the opposition is also vending the age agenda saying that President Museveni is old and therefore needs to go, yet leadership, according to Bebe Cool, comes with experience. He therefore asked young people to be patient and wait for Museveni to hand over power.
