Bebe Cool’s latest music album Break The Chain is making impressive waves globally, hitting a significant milestone of 820,000 streams on Spotify.

This achievement not only signals a strong comeback for the Gagamel boss but also highlights the growing influence of Ugandan music on international streaming platforms.

Since its release, Break The Chain has steadily gained momentum, first registering 500,000 streams in its opening weeks. The majority of listeners have come from Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, and the United States—key regions that continue to shape Africa’s modern music narrative.

The album’s success can be partly attributed to the standout collaboration Cheque featuring fast-rising Ugandan star Joshua Baraka. The track has captured the attention of fans across borders and continues to drive interest in the album as a whole.

This is a major win for Bebe Cool and a noteworthy moment for Uganda’s music industry, which is increasingly gaining recognition on top global platforms like Spotify. With Break The Chain continuing to attract streams, the spotlight remains on which tracks will further carry its momentum.
