The “Life of Bebe Cool” concert will take place in August. But following his recent participation in Tubonga Nawe, the singer is very scared of the outcome especially after fans boycotted Radio and Weasel over similar reasons.
The singer who has already released his concert artwork and has been releasing song after song says that he is not scared about his political past in the last couple of months and neither is he apologetic for supporting whomever he supported. But a quick look at Bebe Cool and a chat with people close to him reveals that the man could be scared of singing to chairs come concert day.
When he released a song called Am Sorry, many thought he was apologizing for the political side that he took recently. He however came out to refute all the claims and said that the song is for ladies who deserve an apology.
“The simplest word on earth is sorry though to many it’s always hard to say. Women deserve it more than men and that’s why I say if you can’t say it then send her this song,” he said on his Facebook page at the height of claims that he had apologized for his part in Tubonga Nawe.
But many believe that Bebe Cool is now under pressure after what happened to his friends Radio and Weasel over their political affiliation. He is now releasing a song almost every week to win back fans and make them forget about Tubonga Nawe.
We will keep you posted.
