Singer Bebe Cool is in a bitter raw with Electoral commission accusing the body of ignoring nemesis and fellow singer Bobi Wine while he defies all the Covid-19 SOPs during his campaigns. Bebe Cool, a known NRM die-hard has always had an unresolved beef with Bobi Wine who is now the face of opposition politics in Uganda.

“Wow, and you will see them on all political tv shows and radios discussing Bebecool’s processions while EC is just looking on this,” Bebe Cool stated in his Facebook post.

The EC chairperson, Justice Simon Byabakama, however, said he has issued several warnings to the candidates.

“We have warned the candidates that being a presidential candidate does not put you up in Heaven; above the law,” Justice Byabakama said in an interview with NBS TV.

Bebe Cool has also explained that while the incumbent is not holding public rallies, Bobi Wine continues to provoke the EC collecting crowds whenever he holds rallies and asks the body to curb the vice.

Bebe Cool recently was holding processions in search of votes for President Museveni but has warned he will resume if Bobi Wine is not stopped.
