Bebe Cool has called for unity and patriotism in the local music industry. He made the remarks while calling upon fans to vote for him in the MTV MAMAs. He said:
“Thanks to you all who have joined the campaign to vote for ‘Love You Everyday’ in the on going MTV MAMA Awards 2015.
Fellow East Africans, MOSTLY fellow Ugandans,let use this opportunity as the beginning of an army that can be used every time an East African or Ugandan needs support on social media in any nominations internationally.
Fellow artistes who have joined thank you and let all those who have not voted yet join because you might need this same army on your side tomorrow in one way or another. Lets disagree under individual flags but agree under the national flag.”
