Friday evening was another one to remember for star singer Bebe Cool as he scooped 6 awards from the HiPipo Music Awards. Bebe Cool won Artiste of the year, Best male artiste of the year, Best male reggae song, Best male Ragga dancehall, Best stage performer and Best artiste on Social Media.
Among other winners were Rema, Navio and Revival band each scooping 3 accolades while Irene Ntale and Chameleone each won two awards.
There was some drama when Bebe Cool was invited to hand over the award of the best female dancehall artiste where Rema was the winner. To the shock of revellers, Bebe Cool refused to hand over the award to Rema and walked off the stage.
