Former NBS sports presenter and now BBS TV CEO, Joe Kigozi is the youngest TV CEO in Africa. At 34 years, Joe was left in shock when his bosses appointed him to serve as the CEO for the Kabaka’s TV station.

Speaking to the young people, Joe shared an inspiring message revealing that most people ignore the young and give big jobs to the old yet the young ones can also be good enough.

He said; “I am the youngest CEO in television in Africa. Do your homework. You see there is common thinking that if you are young you are not good enough but I am glad that my bosses thought that if I am good enough and old enough to be the CEO. It’s all about humility and serving.”

So for the young people out there who fell that they are not good enough for anything, there is your inspiration to go to the next step.

We will keep you posted.
